Welcome! I say go all motor unless you have the time and money to build a reliable turbo... I'm a big fan of all motor! And of course if you have the money go for a K swap. :p If you have a D in there, then I saw swap a B18c1 in there and you will be much happier with the all motor out comes. But that is just my opinion. Nice to have you on the boards!

| you guys crack me up. You know one thing ive been noticing lately on TV... yes I have cable now. And its still the devil. But thats another discussion all together. Ive noticed that tons of the fastest drag cars on Pinks and shows like that on speed are Nitrous cars. You rerely see a turbo car on there. Do you supose its just cause Nitrous is cheap power or is it more effective power. Hmmmm You know what I think... but I really do try to keep an open mind about the whole debate. I hope someday to try a turbo set up. And see for myself. | |

I read somewhere that the guy who looses their car actually gets reimbursed for it and also get paid for being on the show... I don't know if it's true or not but I can see it happening...

| Yes, the people who do go on pinks get payed, but not as much as most of those cars are werth. The one thing you never see though which has been aired(sp?) once is when you here them bitching bout ya your sand baging and crap. The one thing i always think is they need cameras on there feet so they can tell. Well i found out that they do have cameras actually ALL over the car. Most cars that are won on pinks end up sent back to the owner due to cheating. So most of the cars are never really lost lol kinda gay, i know, but i would be pissed if i got sand bagged for my car to. Ya, my car runs low 10's come to find out full throttle and running hard its more like low 9's | |

| alrigth guys completely off the pinks topic, ive been to l'ornage and over some deliberation on what i should do with the hatch i think we have come to ao good conclusion....i have a fellow who wants to buy my motor, tranny, ecu and harness....im thinkin of asking $2000 for it and im goign to buy robs gsr and fully build it with skunk 2 intake manifold, and all type-r internals.....let me know what you guys think...im only looking paying out about $1000 out of my pocket to do the whole build and drop it in but rob said it will be sick nasty, just lookin for more input.. thanks, gary | |
